Join us at the Cocktail Reception on Tuesday evening from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Twilight Room of the Flamingo Hotel. It is a great opportunity to network with other attendees. Complimentary appetizers will be served with a cash bar.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5

Conference-Wide Dinner Event at Harley-Davidson Café

Join us Wednesday evening for a buffet dinner and music at the Harley-Davidson Cafe, located on the infamous Las Vegas strip. The buffet dinner will include: Carved Top Round of Beef, Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Mushroom Sauce, Mixed Green Salad, Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Vegetable Medley, Homemade Harley Biscuits, New York Cheese Cake, and Chocolate Dream Cake. There will be 2 hours of unlimited drinks (beer, wine and soda) during the event (7:00 – 9:00 p.m.). The cost is $65 per person. You can bring guests for the same rate. Space will be limited so be sure to sign up for the event early with your conference registration.
