General Information:

For 22 years, the NAQ has been the “go to” organization for information, training, and resources for disability professionals. Our events give leaders in the field the opportunity to learn, share, and connect with others who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities. As we move into our 23rd year, we renew our commitment to providing current, cutting edge information and resources to our members and supporters.

Exhibitors will be invited to set up their booths On August 7 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM or on August 8 from 7:30AM - 8:30AM.  Booths will be located in the Grand Foyer, centrally located between the rooms where keynote presentations, breakout sessions and luncheons will be held.  The registration desk and refreshments will also be located in this area.  

Exhibit hours will be from 8:30AM - 4:30PM on August 8 and from 8:30AM - 2:30PM on August 9.  Exhibitors are welcome to join attendees and speakers for an evening reception on August 7th from 6:00PM - 9:00PM.  


The $495 exhibitor fee includes a 6 foot table with linens, two chairs, and access to public Wi-Fi. Lunch for up to two exhibit personnel per booth will be provided on August 8th & 9th.  

We also offer four levels of sponsorships to exhibitors.    

     1.  Bronze Sponsorship = $250.00

     2.  Silver Sponsorship = $500.00

     3.  Gold Sponsorship = $1000.00

     4.  Platinum Sponsorship = $3500.00 

Note that sponsors receive additional recognition throughout the conference.

Promotional Opportunities:  

Each exhibitor will be asked to provide their logo and a brief description of their services for inclusion on our mobile app and on our website.  

Exhibitors are also invited to participate in the raffle at lunchtime by donating a product, service, or gift card.  Note that attendees are required to visit each participating booth in order to quality for the raffle.

Discounted room rates of $179.00 per night are being offered to our group by the Pfister Hotel through July 7, 2018 - just make sure to mention "The National Association of QDDPs" when making your reservations.
