I am brand new as a QMRP and I just wanted to know if there was any advice that I could get. I am the new Q at a group home for ICF/MR and not sure what the first plan of action should be. I have been getting training but I know that no one can give you as much training as someone who has actually done the work. I do have a mentor, but we have yet to meet, but that doesnt mean that someone else may have more insight or different perspectives. I just want to do well in this position so if there are any suggestions it would be gladly appreciated!
