Good luck with that one. We started a series of focused live trainings at our agency. Online trainings can only accomplish so much since you can't ask questions and get clarifications. Staff loved it and things picked up until our agency decided to save money by dropping the live trainings in favor of online ones. We have staff writing ISP's who have no idea what the diference is between a prompting hierarcy and shaping. We have staff implementing those plans who have no idea why a client is working on a particular skill. It's frustrating. |
