Staff at my facility are falling into the "cookie cutter" progress note dilemma. The same old "Joe had a good day" and "nothing unusual to report" and "Joe tolerated ADL's" are starting to pop up. Does anyone know of any progress note training opportunities, books, videos, etc. out there that I could provide my staff with? I can be emailed at kjohndro@cpime.org.
