“Leadership and Laughter”

A Keynote Presentation by Bob Wells and Dave Johnson from Chicken Lips Entertainment

Leadership requires many skills and personal traits, and a healthy sense of humor is high on the list! Filled with fun and healthful laughter, this highly interactive session outlines the value of spontaneity, flexibility, and creativity for successful leaders and their teams. Participants learn about the benefits of improvisational thinking, spontaneous problem-solving and ensuring that ideas keep moving forward. They also learn to use the tools to access incredible new results easily.

Bob Wells is the founder of the World Humor Organization, Inc. (WHO) and Chicken Lips in Denver, CO. He is a theatrical director, actor, speaker and teacher, who has worked with many of Denver’s major performing arts organizations. In 1985, Bob began using his perspective, training and techniques to teach innovation, communication and customer service to a local bank. The experience quickly led him to develop new training programs for national and international audiences that share highly interactive techniques and use laughter for learning.

Dave Johnson is a writer, teacher, presenter with the company and the principal writer for the entertainment division. He is also the Director of Operations for the Avenue Theater and a course developer and presenter with Rave Reviews, Inc.
