Exhibitor & Sponsorship Information

How can my company participate in the event?  

Over the past year there has been an influx of virtual events which has resulted in new exhibitor options.  However, our research indicates that exhibitors have been largely dissatisfied with those options, citing little return on their investment.  For this reason, we have decided to offer up to 12 exhibitors the opportunity to distribute electronic materials (brochures, videos, and other advertising materials) to all attendees.    

What does it cost to participate in the event?  

To participate, exhibitors will be required to submit their electronic materials to NAQ in advance of the conference.  Invoices will be sent immediately following the event.  This ensures that you only pay the $1 per attendee fee for the confirmed number of registrants rather than the expected number of attendees.

What sponsorship opportunities are available?  

NAQ is accepting up to 10 sponsorships for this event.  Companies who sponsor the conference with a $750 contribution will be provided with: 

1.  Electronic distribution of marketing marketing materials to all attendees. 

2.  Verbal recognition of sponsors during the opening remarks each day of the conference. 

3.  Inclusion of your logo and a link to your website on our own website.
