GENERAL INFORMATION

For 22 years, the NAQ has been the “go to” organization for information, training, and resources for disability professionals. Our events give leaders in the field the opportunity to learn, share, and connect with others who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities. As we move into our 23rd year, we renew our commitment to providing current, cutting edge information and resources to our members and supporters.

The definition of assistive technology is broad.......basically anything that helps a person gain or maintain independence can qualify as AT. Since we know that assistive technologies can help people with disabilities live the lives they want to live, NAQ has committed to hosting our 2nd annual TEC (Technology Enhancing Capabilities) Conference on June 6, 2018.

We would like to formally invite you to participate as an exhibitor at this event to show off your unique solutions, innovative products, and tried and true methods.

Exhibitors will be invited to setup anytime between 7:30AM - 8:30AM on the morning of the event. Booths will be located in the atrium which is centrally located between the ballroom, breakout session rooms, and the entrance to the conference center. Registration and refreshments will also be located in this area. Exhibit hours will be from 8:30AM – 5:30PM.  Exhibitors are also welcome to join attendees for the evening reception from 5:30PM - 7:00PM.

Why Attend?

It is no secret that our field faces significant challenges related to funding, staffing, and compliance with federal mandates. We know that many of these issues can be addressed, at least in part, through the implementation of quality technologies. This conference will allow exhibitors to advocate for the adoption of these technologies as well as promote their specific services & products.

We anticipate that there will be 300 attendees at the conference. This will include decision makers at state and provider levels, direct support staff, and families.

Cost?

The $395 fee includes 6 foot table with linens, chairs, and access to electricity and public Wi-Fi. The on-site lunch is also included.

Advertising & Promotion?

Each exhibitor will be asked to provide their logo and a brief description of their services for inclusion on our mobile app and on our website.  Exhibitors are also invited to participate in the prize giveaway at lunch by donating a product, service, or gift card.

In addition, we are inviting exhibitors to participate in our "Technology Showcase".  This breakout session will give each participating exhibitor 15 minutes to provide a high level overview of their product or service.  There are a limited number of openings for this opportunity.  If you are interested in participating, please indicate so on your registration form.  If you are selected to participate, NAQ will contact you directly to discuss details.
