Attendee Registration Information

NAQ offers members significant discounts on virtual and in-person events so consider joining today if you are not already part of our professional community. 

We are particularly proud of the speaker lineup and diverse topics included in our 2022 event.  Several different types of sessions will be offered this year:

Keynote Sessions: One-hour sessions with a featured speaker (4 total).
Breakout Sessions: Sessions ranging in length from 1 hour and 15 minutes to two hours each will cover a wide variety of topics (16 total).
Roundtable Discussions: Attendees will have the opportunity to share and hear about strategies, best practices, ideas, and recommendations around a single area of focus in sessions ranging in length from 1 hour 15 minutes to two hours (4 total).
Deep Dive Sessions: These sessions are four hours in length and allow subject matter experts to provide in-depth training and information (4 total).

NAQ recognizes that DDPs have different needs and preferences when it comes to participating in a conference.  For this reason we are offering attendees the option to attend in-person or virtually

1.  In-Person Attendees will have the opportunity to attend all sessions (Deep Dive, Keynote, Breakout. and Round Table Sessions) as well as to participate in all conference activities (Exhibit Booths, Welcome Reception, and Off-Site Dinner Celebration) from August 2 - 5, 2022 in New Orleans, LA.  Attendees of the in-person event are required to be vaccinated against Covid-19.  Proof of vaccination must be uploaded at the time of registration.  Attendees will also be required to bring proof of vaccination to all conference activities and provide it upon request for event admission. 

We do understand that conferences can be a big financial committment for employers, so we've developed the following resources for you to use.  The Projected Expense Sheet and Supervisor Letter will help your boss better understand how your attendance at this event will benefit those your support as well as the entire company.

2.  Virtual Attendees will have access to outstanding content from the in-person event - to include some preconference, keynote, and breakout sessions.  The virtual event will be held August 17 - 18, 2022 and will be broadcast over Zoom.  Sessions will be pre-recorded but attendees will be provided with speaker contact information in the event that they have questions about the material.
